Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place your Sleep Pod or other accessories into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag and attach the return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
